Mike founded DRIVEN Public Relations in 2004 after working at two notable agencies, Hill & Knowlton and Burson Marsteller. He is currently the President and CEO and is the company’s top public relations official personally overseeing the management of DRIVEN clients. Michael has traveled the globe launching brands, building businesses and working with media.
The lighter side of Mike: Despite being a rough and tough automotive and motorcycle industry guy, there is a side of Mike that many people aren’t aware off. He is, without question, the company’s top fashionista with more than 50 pairs of shoes in his closet. His motto, “the belt color must match the shoes and the socks must match the pants.” He is also the king of jargon using such notable sayings as: “Forest for the trees”, “if the shoe doesn’t fit”, “circle the wagon” and “it’s not my first time to the rodeo!!!”
Mike lives in Temecula with his four best friends – Flora, Tyler, Megan and Murphy (their dog).
Andrew De Lara

Andrew joined DRIVEN Public Relations after spending years as a key figure on the Sports & Entertainment Marketing-Global Media team at Oakley – integrating athlete/driver and entertainment personality marketing across digital, social media, online editorial, global brand marketing and PR efforts. Having previously expanded social media presences and creative communications for the Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile brands as a part of the Sprint Corporate Communications team, his experience in multiple aspects of the Integrated Marketing Communications mix stretches across multiple industries – including Entertainment, Sports, Consumer Technology, Rich Media to Automotive. With deep roots in public relations, de Lara began his career on the PR Team at the world-famous Los Angeles Lakers franchise – followed up by stints in the Entertainment business at a talent agency and a marketing communications firm. A near-decade of results is accentuated by his knack for creative writing.
The lighter side of Andrew: When he’s not creating strategy or ‘Facebooking’ to no end, you might catch Andrew managing Electronic Dance Music producers/artists and/or hanging with some industry pals in his free time. A South Orange County native and a beach guy at heart, his love of poetry, music (including classical guitar playing), sports and unique foods from the around the globe complement his ‘California-esque’ persona. A proud alumnus of Long Beach State, Andrew was a sports beat writer for the university’s newspaper and a long-time leader in his fraternity. He resides in Seal Beach with his girlfriend and their puppy.
Vice President & CFO
Flora Caudill has been with DRIVEN Public Relations since 2004 and is the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Her career spans the banking and finance industry holding key positions both on the consumer and commercial side of the business. She previously worked at Citicorp in their Franchise Finance Division where she handled financing for franchise companies such as Burger King & Chevron. And she also previously worked for Temecula Valley Bank, heading up a finance team for SBA Construction Loans. In her role with DRIVEN, Flora manages the company’s day-to-day operations pertaining to the financial health of the company.
A lighter side of Flora: When not crunching numbers, you can find Flora nestled closely in front of her Nook e-reader. However, what you don’t know about Flora is that she is an incredible wake boarder and can clear the wake with her eyes fully closed. She enjoys spending the summer camping and boating with her kids and the wacky guy with 50 pairs of shoes (Flora’s husband Mike is the President of DRIVEN PR)!
